欢迎您使用番茄与柚（以下简称“本产品”）。在您注册、试用、订阅或购买本产品前，请仔细阅读并同意以下服务条款。若您不同意本条款的任何内容，请勿使用本产品。
Welcome to TomatoPomelo (“the Product”). Please read and agree to the following Terms of Service before registering, trying, subscribing, or purchasing the Product. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Product.
一、服务内容 / Service Content
本产品为Mac平台提供专注与休息管理工具，包含番茄工作法计时、屏保休息、笔记、白噪音等功能。部分功能需购买会员后方可使用。
This Product provides focus and rest management tools for Mac, including Pomodoro timer, rest screensaver, notes, white noise, and more. Some features require a membership to access.
二、购买与订阅 / Purchase and Subscription
2.1 本产品提供以下付费方式：
- 年度会员：自注册之日起享有14天免费试用期，试用期结束后自动扣费并按年续订。
- 月度会员：自注册之日起享有7天免费试用期，试用期结束后自动扣费并按月续订。
- 终身会员：一次性付费，永久享受会员权益，无试用期。
2.2 免费试用期间，您可随时取消订阅，取消后不会产生任何费用。若未在试用期结束前取消，系统将在试用期结束时自动扣费并开启正式会员服务。
2.3 会员费用将通过您在应用商店绑定的支付方式收取。若支付未成功，会员权益将自动暂停。
2.1 The Product offers the following payment options:
- Annual Membership: 14-day free trial from registration. After the trial, automatic billing and annual renewal.
- Monthly Membership: 7-day free trial from registration. After the trial, automatic billing and monthly renewal.
- Lifetime Membership: One-time payment for permanent access to membership benefits, no free trial.
2.2 During the free trial, you may cancel your subscription at any time without any charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the system will automatically bill you and activate your membership.
2.3 Membership fees are charged via the payment method linked to your app store account. If payment fails, membership benefits will be suspended.
三、会员权益 / Membership Benefits
会员可在有效期内享受本产品全部会员专属功能与服务。具体权益以产品页面实际展示为准。
Members enjoy all exclusive features and services during the validity period. Actual benefits are as shown on the product page.
四、取消与退款 / Cancellation and Refund
4.1 您可在任何时间通过应用商店账户管理页面取消订阅。取消后，会员权益将在当前计费周期结束后终止。
4.2 会员订阅或一次性购买一经扣费，除法律另有规定外，已支付费用不予退还。
4.1 You may cancel your subscription anytime via your app store account management page. After cancellation, membership benefits will end at the end of the current billing cycle.
4.2 Once billed, subscription or one-time purchase fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
五、用户责任 / User Responsibilities
5.1 请妥善保管您的账户信息，因账户泄露造成的损失由用户自行承担。
5.2 禁止利用本产品从事任何违法违规或侵害他人权益的行为。
5.1 Please keep your account information secure. Any loss caused by account leakage is the user’s responsibility.
5.2 Do not use the Product for illegal activities or to infringe upon others’ rights.
六、 服务变更与终止 / Service Changes and Termination
6.1 本产品有权根据运营需要调整服务内容、会员价格及条款，并提前在产品页面公示。
6.2 如需终止服务，将提前通知用户，并妥善处理未到期会员权益。
6.1 The Product reserves the right to adjust service content, membership prices, and terms as needed, with advance notice on the product page.
6.2 In case of service termination, users will be notified in advance and outstanding membership rights will be handled properly.
七、法律适用 / Governing Law
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。如有争议，双方应友好协商解决，协商不成时提交本产品运营方所在地有管辖权的法院裁决。
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unsuccessful, they will be submitted to the court with jurisdiction at the Product operator’s location.
